Community Awareness

One of the Center Against Domestic Violence’s primary missions is to eliminate domestic violence in our communities.

Relationship abuse and domestic violence affect all of us. Let your voice be heard in your community.

Community Workshops

The Center Against Domestic Violence reaches out to people at their workplaces, houses of worship, community-based health centers, libraries, and schools to raise awareness about domestic violence and services that can prevent abuse and assist victims.

If you are in New York City, click here to schedule a workshop in your community.

Awareness-Raising Events

Stand with the Center Against Domestic Violence at awareness-raising events like the New York Junior League Mothers Day Race to Erase Domestic Violence and the Brides March.

Learn more about topics related to domestic violence by attending a lecture or panel discussion in our Harvard Club Breakfast Series, featuring experts like Leslie Morgan Steiner and Barrie Levy.
